These thin socks are knitted from their original yarn made with washi yarn "Ojo+" and organic cotton twisted. You can enjoy the excellent quality of both materials – their cool and gentle touch. Ojo+ is paper yarn made by Oji Fiber Co., Ltd. using Manila hemp as its base material. They introduced a natural biodegradable fiber manufacturing technique, which requires radically different manufacturing processes from that of conventional spinning and makes the mass-production of environmentally friendly fibers in Japan possible. It has all qualities necessary for socks; moisture absorbency, quick-dry, heat retaining and deodorizing.
