Collection: Albert Thurston

Albert Thurston created his eponymous brand in the early 19th century as a tailor and a fine accessory maker. He introduced the first braces in 1820, and his name was thereafter intertwined with this product and the quality of it in particular. Albert Thurston received an Honorable Mention for the excellent standard of their products at the Great Exhibition in Hyde Park, London in 1851. They've remained true to that standard, updating their designs only to take advantage of "new" technologies like metal adjusters that lay flatter and elastic to take stress off of your brace buttons.

Worn by countless gentlemen over the past 200 years, their customers include kings, princes, presidents, businessmen, and movie stars. Though the accessory's general popularity has ebbed and flowed, Albert Thurston has always remained due to their insistence on making an unquestionably best-in-class product. Whether you need them for a formal event, can't stand your pants falling down throughout the day, or you just want to get ahead of the next trend (yes, they're coming back), look no further than Albert Thurston.
