Maglificiogrp was founded in Tuscany in 1973. Originally a manufacturer of private labeled garments, they have been making exclusively under their own label, GRP since 2001.

All of the garments are designed and manufactured in Poggio a Caiano, on the Medicean hills, a region full of agricultural, culinary, and artistic traditions, which can be felt in the finished product. It's for this reason that they do not claim to be made in Italy, but rather "artfully manufactured in Tuscany."
