This blend is velvety smooth, with hints of berry and caramel. They created this coffee to be well balanced and user friendly.

This coffee does well in multiple brewing methods. 

For Filter Coffee, we recommend a brewing ratio between 1:15 and 1:17 (for example: 1 gram of coffee to 15g of water) and a brewing temperature of 205°-207°F. For a pour over, adjust your grind for a 3-3.5 minute brew time.

For espresso we like 17g in. 34-38g out. 27-32 seconds. 204 degrees. Because this is a blend, the components may change, due to the availability of certain coffees at different times of the year.
